Adrian Jones
CEO & FOUNDER
As the founder of the firm, Adrian brings decades of hands-on experience in both architectural design and construction, with a deep background in timber frame building that shaped his systems-oriented approach. That foundation has evolved into a disciplined, design-build methodology where planning, communication, and execution are tightly aligned.
Under Adrian’s leadership, the architect and builder work as a single, integrated team from day one. This collaborative model ensures that design and construction inform each other throughout the project.
Clients benefit from a clear and accountable process, where clear communication keeps everyone aligned, and decisions are made in the open—not after the fact. Cost control is built in from the beginning. Rather than designing in a vacuum and adjusting for budget later, Adrian leads a process where cost and constructability are considered alongside aesthetics, helping clients avoid costly redesigns and stay on track.
The result is a process that respects the client’s time, money, and vision—while producing homes that are both beautiful and buildable.

John Vande Plasse
ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN MANAGER
John Vande Plasse brings nearly four decades of experience to the design table, along with a deep belief that good design starts with good listening. He leads architectural design at the firm with a clear sense of purpose: to align a client’s vision with the practical realities of time, money, and construction.
A veteran of both commercial and residential work, John is relentlessly organized—because he knows from experience that a project’s success depends on every person knowing exactly what they need to do, and when. He’s a calm but exacting presence who excels at establishing expectations early, guiding teams with clarity, and ensuring that design decisions are informed by budget, schedule, and site conditions from day one.
John thrives in a design-build environment, where collaboration between architect and builder begins early and creative momentum doesn’t get lost in translation. For him, design is not about signature gestures—it’s about frameworks that work, ideas that hold up under pressure, and details that eliminate costly surprises. That discipline, along with his ability to lead conversations and keep people aligned, is what makes his projects sing.
